I founded The OM Yoga Loft as a boutique yoga studio based in Paremata, New Zealand, offering a variety of yoga classes including gentle yoga, yin yoga, pregnancy yoga, beginners yoga, and hatha flow classes.

In addition to regular classes, I provide sound healing yin workshops, courses tailored for runners/athletes, private yoga sessions for individuals and couples, as well as hosting retreats and mother's circles. I offer a unique blend of yoga therapy, sound healing, reiki, and holistic health coaching.

With a focus on promoting relaxation and mindfulness, The OM Yoga Loft aims to enhance the health and wellbeing of the local community and surrounding areas. My long-term goal is to create an inclusive and welcoming space where everyone can practice yoga at their own pace and level of comfort. As for myself, I'm Sanne Storm, a lifelong yoga student and your dedicated yoga teacher. Trained in Rishikesh, India, I hold a 500-hour yoga teacher certification, specializing in pregnancy, postpartum, meditation, and mindfulness practices. With yoga deeply ingrained in my roots and ancestry, I bring an authentic and holistic approach to my teaching. Additionally, I am trained in sound healing, Reiki, and offer oracle and tarot card readings. Having experienced firsthand how yoga brought peace into my life during challenging times, I am passionate about sharing its transformative power with others.

Since becoming a mum, I've developed a profound passion for conscious parenting and raising mindful children. This journey has inspired me to create sacred spaces like our Motherhood Circles, where we can come together, support each other, and explore the depths of conscious motherhood. I'm excited to connect with fellow mothers on this journey of growth, healing, and empowerment.
